I'm a Martha Beck Wayfinder certified Leadership & Embodiment Coach with a decade in corporate tech sales leadership — and a lifetime as an elite track athlete who knows what it means to push past every limit.

When injury ended my athletic career, I traded the track for the boardroom. I built teams, hit impossible numbers, and won — until I realized I'd been winning someone else's game. So I started coaching women to win their own.
